Bank Reconciliation Upload Issue – Missing Rows

I would appreciate some help, please. Has anyone encountered a situation where they tried to upload a file for bank reconciliation via an integration to statement, and only one bank out of a list of 12 is being uploaded, with missing rows from the CSV file? All the values are exactly the same across the different banks, and another strange thing is that it works properly in the sandbox. Thanks for the help!
