We are excited to announce the launch of NetSuite Live Chat Support, a new way for NetSuite Premium customers in Australia and New Zealand to connect and get real-time help from our expert Support Team. The new Live Chat service channel is an ideal venue to get help for Non-Urgent How To types of questions.

Starting August 4, 2025, you will be able to chat directly with NetSuite Live Chat Agents to get quick answers and keep your business moving.

What’s New?

Authorized Contacts of Premium customers in Australia and New Zealand can now get live assistance from knowledgeable NetSuite Live Agents across all major areas of NetSuite.
