Action Required: Generate a New Cybersource P12 Key to Prevent Interruption to Your Payment Process

This notice applies to customers who are using the legacy built-in Cybersource payment gateway integration.

What is Changing?

On September 15, the Cybersource security environment will be enhanced, and all P12 keys issued by Cybersource will have to be secured with a password.In the future, the legacy built-in Cybersource payment gateway integration will no longer be supported, and you will be required to migrate to the Cybersource for NetSuite SuiteApp.

Required Actions

To prevent any interruption to your payment processing, complete the following steps after August 7 but before September 15:

  1. Generate a new P12 key and securely store the password you use when generating the key. For instructions, see
