SCA - Can Contact Groups not be used as Customer Segments for Commerce Categories?
Hi all,
I'm setting up Personalized Catalogue Views so that certain groups can only see commerce categories on the webstore that they are allowed access to.
Usually, I do this by creating a group, adding the customer associated with that group, adding that group to a commerce category and setting the access level.
However, I have recently tried to do this using a group made up of contacts instead of customers and the groups just aren't appearing as options in the commerce category to select from. I have tried making both a dynamic and a static group.
Am I missing something or is this broken?
