Fedex Shipping Labels

We are having a few issues with the fedex shipping labels:

  1. When Customer Name is selected as the first reference field, the label is showing the customer number in NetSuite, but not the customer name.
  2. When Order Number is selected as the first reference field, the label doesn't show the Order Number (still showing the Customer number)
