DKIM Migration Alert for August 11, 2025
Hello,
We received an email about updating our DKIM to remove the underscore. See message below:
"DKIM selector names containing the "_" character will no longer be supported. If your domain uses an unsupported selector name, OCI cannot verify you DKIM records ."
When I view Email Preferences, I do not see an underscore in the Domain name, and it is listed as "Ready".
But when we look at the domain key, we do see that it has an underscore in it.
TXT | netsuite_20180515._domainkey
Do we need to remove the underscore from the domain key? Thank you for your help as always!
