Philippines Documents Printing Permission Updates

This notice is intended for customers who have the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp (Bundle ID 298382) installed in your NetSuite account. Version 7.1.0 of the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp was released on August 5, 2024.

What Changed?

Starting August 5, 2025, users with custom roles must have Full access to print or generate BIR-compliant transactions that include header, footer, and reprint details. To avoid disruptions, assign Full access to custom roles for the SAL Printing History record type.

Required Action

If your account uses custom roles, review and update their permissions as described below. To assign Full access to custom roles for SAL Printing History:

1. Using the Administrator role, go to
