Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Test Window Reminder: Enforce CDN caching on Production accounts
This reminder applies to customers with at least one production website that has CDN caching turned off.
This is a reminder that your account will be part of 24-hour test window with enforced CDN caching on August 19, 2025 (3:00 AM EST) – August 20, 2025 (3:00 AM EST). During the test window, your production websites will have CDN caching turned on.
What is Changing?
Starting September 16, 2025, NetSuite will enforce the enablement of CDN caching on all websites on Production accounts. When CDN caching is enabled for a website, content is distributed across a global network of servers, known as a Content Delivery Network (CDN). This reduces load times by delivering content from the server closest to the user. However, enabling CDN caching may introduce certain risks, such as serving outdated content if cache invalidation is not properly configured, or receiving inaccurate data from marketing tools if user-specific tracking codes are cached.
