Need Help Creating Saved Search for Refunded Sales Orders with Specific Conditions

Hi all,

I’m looking for guidance on how to create a Saved Search that returns all Sales Orders where:

  1. The order was Refunded or Closed status
  2. The Customer Deposit was applied to a Customer Refund.
  3. The Item Fulfilment shows as shipped.
  4. The related Invoice still remains open.

Any advice, sample criteria, or best practices would be appreciated.
