Action Required: Update Email Domain Settings to Include Correct DNS and 24-hour Test Window
This notice is intended for customers who have email domains in your NetSuite account with an invalid DNS configuration. This issue is preventing NetSuite from migrating your email domain to our new email provider. To ensure uninterrupted email delivery from your domain, please update your domain’s DNS configuration by September 9, 2025. If you don't set up or correct your DNS configuration, by September 9, 2025, your email will be sent from a generic NetSuite domain (system@sent-via.netsuite.com) instead of your own email domain.
