The NetSuite Account Center is a dedicated center tab designed to streamline your support experience, making it easier to manage cases, find resources, and connect with NetSuite experts. For Administrators, understanding how to access and use this is essential for efficient account management and timely issue resolution.

Steps to Access the NetSuite Account Center:

  1. Navigate to Support center tab
  2. From the Support page, you will see the following portlets:
    1. Note: From this page, you can see the NetSuite Account Center portlet, NetSuite Community portlet, and the SuiteAnswers portlet which allows user to be redirected to these unique pages.
