How to use Go To Record Workflow Action to reopen record in edit mode?
I am currently trying to create a workflow that will reopen a sales order record in edit mode if it is saved meeting certain conditions (set by a saved search)
I have read through a few other posts/tutorials and I'm not sure what is off with the way I have it set-up.
My workflow has Set Field Value for Workflow Field to Current Record the {tranid}
It records the correct {tranid} but opens a new record instead of reopening the same one. I haven't added 'in edit mode' yet because that doesn't matter if I can't direct it to the correct record.
