Reminder: Add Authorized Contacts in NetSuite
This notice applies to customers who do not have any Authorized Contacts for your NetSuite account.
Authorized Contacts are an essential part of your company’s Support setup with Oracle NetSuite. Maintaining Authorized Contacts ensures you are fully using your NetSuite Support service offerings—both when you contact Oracle NetSuite Customer Support, and when Oracle NetSuite needs to contact your company with important technical updates.Your current Support package allows you to add up to (four/two) individual users as the main points of contact for Oracle NetSuite Customer Support.
Authorized Contacts are responsible for:
- Reporting problems on behalf of your organization.
