Cust Entity field is available as filter but Show in Filter Region check box is grayed out

Hi
A Custom Entity field "Company Tag" with Type as Multiple Select, is available to select as filter, in the Entity Saved Search, but Show in Filter Region check box is grayed out, so NOT able to filter the results on the basis of value in the "Company Tag" custom field.

I have tried the solution to check True for Show in List field and try but issue still persist.
