Permission Error to Login as Customer

Hi guys.

We have created a Custom Record named "Customer Satisfaction Survey" with fields acting as the questions of our survey. We have also created a custom role (customer center) to be assigned to the customers' login in NetSuite to respond to the Survey. We have created a workflow sending an email to the relevant client asking him to reply a survey by clicking a link. This is the link to the relevant NetSuite Form (of the custom record). We have given full access to the custom record but we keep getting this error:
