Can you set the Customer 360 Dashboard as the default view when opening a customer yet?
As of now, you can only navigate to the Customer 360 Dashboard using the 3 ways discussed earlier.
I didn't think that Shortcuts were overwritten. Can the number of Custom Search portlets be increased for a dashboard?
This was referring to the Shortcut portlet on the dashboard.
Can I preview what the dashboard looks like? How?
Since you are the one publishing the dashboard, the dashboard you have before publishing to a custom role will be the exact one that gets copied. The setup and look of your dashboard before publishing serves as the preview.
