Action Required: Role Setup for SCM Mobile App Access and Printing

This notice is intended for customers who use the SCM Mobile SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

NetSuite 2025.1 included an enhancement that requires setting up the Online Form User role, which is available through the Online Forms feature. This role enables external access to these SCM Mobile scripts:

• Mobile - Get Login Page script – used in mobile app logins. For more information, see Accessing the SCM Mobile Login Page URL, Answer ID: 98643.
• Print - File Server script – used in printing if you use the PrintNode integration only

If the Online Form User role isn’t set up, you might run into issues when launching the mobile app login page. If you use the PrintNode integration, you could experience issues when printing or reprinting.

Required Actions

To resolve or prevent login or printing issues, set up the Online Form User role by completing the following procedures:

1. Enable the Online Forms feature: Note: If you can’t find the Online Forms feature, you may contact your NetSuite account manager. If you already use it, skip this step.
   1. Using the Administrator role, go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
   2. On the Enable Features page, click the CRM subtab. Then, under the Marketing section, check the Online Forms box.
   3. Click Save.
2. Assign the Online Form User role:
   1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments.
   2. In the Script Deployments list, click Edit next to one or both of the following deployments:
      • customdeploy_mobile_sl_get_login_page – deployment ID for the Mobile - Get Login Page script
      • customdeploy_print_sl_fileserver - deployment ID for the Print - File Server script if you use the PrintNode integration
   3. On the Script Deployment page, make sure that the Available Without Login box is checked.
   4. On the Audience subtab, in the External Roles field, select Online Form User.
   5. Click Save.

Note: If you don’t see the role, you may need to log out and log into your NetSuite account.
