Action Required: Role Setup for SCM Mobile App Access and Printing

This notice is intended for customers who use the SCM Mobile SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

NetSuite 2025.1 included an enhancement that requires setting up the Online Form User role, which is available through the Online Forms feature. This role enables external access to these SCM Mobile scripts:

  • Mobile - Get Login Page script – used in mobile app logins. For more information, see Accessing the SCM Mobile Login Page URL, Answer ID: 98643.
  • Print - File Server script – used in printing if you use the PrintNode integration only

If the Online Form User role isn’t set up, you might run into issues when launching the mobile app login page. If you use the PrintNode integration, you could experience issues when printing or reprinting.
