NetSuite Admin Tip | SuiteCommerce Extension Manager Audit Trail
There may be a scenario where a user wants to identify who disabled or deactivated an extension, resulting in a missing feature on their SuiteCommerce web store. However, on the SuiteCommerce Extension Manager page, there is no way to view a full audit trail for every website theme and extension activation, you can only see when the last activation occurred and who performed it.
To track down who made the change, you first need to obtain the ID of the extension that was deactivated.
1. Navigate to Customization > List, Records, & Fields > Record Types > ExtMech Extensions > Click List link
2. Look for the extension in the list and take note of the ID of your extension.
