Please note that on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Required Action: All Connect Accounts Must Move to SuiteAnalytics Connect NetSuite2.com Data Source

This notice is intended for customers that have been alerted in previous notifications that at least one of your accounts is still using the NetSuite.com data source for SuiteAnalytics Connect. You should complete all required actions to transition to the NetSuite2.com data source immediately. If you do not take all required actions to move to the NetSuite2.com data source, all queries that use the outdated NetSuite.com data source will stop working when NetSuite is upgraded to 2026.1.

Note: If you are using Connect through a partner solution, you should contact your provider as soon as possible and ask them to complete the required actions for the transition to the NetSuite2.com data source. The outdated NetSuite.com data source will be removed in the upcoming months when your account is upgraded to 2026.1. After your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2026.1, queries run through the NetSuite.com data source will no longer work.
