I am having trouble finding the settings for Prompt Payment Discount Preferences as referenced in this documentation: Setting Up Prompt Payment Discount Preferences

Does anyone know if this documentation is outdated / where these settings may live? The navigation path in the documentation is not yielding any results for me.
