Action Required: Generate a New Cybersource P12 Key to Prevent Interruption to Your Payment Process

This notice is intended for customers who are using the legacy built-in Cybersource payment gateway integration, or were using it until recently.

If you have already taken the necessary steps described in this message, no additional steps are needed. If not, this is the last reminder to take action. Note that if you don't take action, payment processing through the legacy built-in Cybersource payment gateway integration will stop working on September 15.

What is Changing?

On September 15, the Cybersource security environment will be enhanced, and all P12 keys issued by Cybersource will have to be secured with a password.

In the future, the legacy built-in Cybersource payment gateway integration will no longer be supported, and you will be required to migrate to the Cybersource for NetSuite SuiteApp.
