CDN Cache being force Enabled breaks Personalised Catalogue Views
Hi all, and @Robert Nedelkow-Oracle
Back in August there was a test where CDN Cache was enforced, I tried to raise awareness of the issue but unfortunately time slipped away and now it's turned on for good and has broken my Personalised Catalogue Views (PVCs).
My customers now cannot see the private commerce categories that we have set up for them which hold their branded garments.
NetSuite Applications Suite - Personalized Catalog Views
I don't understand how Caching works, but I think it's essentially loading a saved version of the site which doesn't contain the customers PVCs. After logging in as a customer with PVCs, you can see links to those categories but clicking them takes you to a Page Not Found error. In the past, this was fixed by turning CDN Cache off, but now it's forced on and I don't have aworkaround.
