SCA - Quote or estimate record are not creating through the SCA website after release 2025.2

Hello Everyone,

We observed that after release 2025.2, website customers are unable to create Quote or estimate record through the SCA website. Is there any issue with new release? Please reply as soon as possible if anyone knows about this issue.
