US Tax Schedule in SuiteTax

Upon creation of the US subsidiary and corresponding nexus in the NetSuite account against the subsidiary, the same nexus is not showing in the Nexus list in the Tax schedule page. The other country nexuses are available.

Also, we only have 3 state registrations for US, but operates in almost all 50 states. Hence, should we configure all these as Nexus? If not, how will the tax rate based on shipping address work?
