Transaction List script edits

Hi,

I am looking for guidance on how to edit/change line items within the transaction list page with SuiteScript.
My end goal is to update the current print to use my custom print action instead of the hotprint.nl script (default). However, if that is not possible, remove the print column from the list completely for all users.
