NetSuite AI-ERP integration

What’s new

Oracle NetSuite has announced the NetSuite AI Connector Service, which is an integration supporting Model Context Protocol (MCP). MCP is the emerging critical standard for structured communication between large language model (LLM)-powered agents and other systems.

Why this is big news

Now NetSuite users can engage with NetSuite data via popular AI assistants, enabling them to extract even more actionable insights from their critical business data. Initial support is for Claude with support for other LLMs to come.

The new service is a differentiator for NetSuite because it:

  • Provides customers with long-term flexibility and choice
  • Sets a new industry standard for AI-ERP integration
