Washington Corporate Officer - Update Required
This notice is intended for customers who use SuitePeople U.S. Payroll.
What is Changing?
SuitePeople U.S. Payroll is releasing an enhancement on or after September 25, 2025, to improve the quarterly reporting process for Washington Corporate Officers.
Required Actions
If you have corporate officers in the state of Washington who are not subject to Washington unemployment tax, please make sure the following steps are taken:
- Go to Lists > Employees > Employees.
- Next to the employee record for the employee who is a corporate officer and is not subject to Washington unemployment tax, click Edit.
- Click the Human Resources tab.
- Under Job Information, select
