[Expense Report] Unable to edit "Employee"

Hi Gurus,

I noticed that even though with Administrator role, after the Expense Report is created, but it has not been approved yet (The status is still "Pending Approval"), there is no way to change the "Employee" anymore.

Does anyone encountered this issue or have any idea on this? (Believe it might be an issue and headache if we accidentally selected a wrong "Employee")
