We require a way to schedule a financial report in NetSuite to export to either File Cabinet folder or SFTP location.

As technology advances this is becoming more important to businesses. Our aim here is to build an AI-assisted Accounts Receivable reconciliation tool.
What it does
- Pulls an Accounts Receivable report and Trial Balance Report programmatically from NetSuite (via a connection: API, SFTP or File Cabinet).
- Paste both in Excel & Compares the AR total against the balance sheet total.
- If totals match → do nothing.
- If totals differ → highlight the difference in the Summary cell.
Why we need NetSuite integration
- The solution depends on being able to reliably fetch AR aging report and Trial Balance report through NetSuite's reporting connections.
Due to the limitation in connection, we are unable to automate this step. Therefore, it will remain manual and have a dependency for someone to move the files to a specific folder location before the AI execution time. This is open to delays in day to day business and open to error.
