SuiteCloud Platform reimagined with AI at the core

The next generation of NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform introduces a powerful set of AI-driven tools that empower you to customize and extend NetSuite. Built on open standards, these enhancements help you integrate your favorite AI models, create custom AI agents, and orchestrate AI-powered workflows to meet your unique business needs.

Here’s what’s in store:

  • AI Connector Service: Connect your favorite generative AI models and external assistants to NetSuite while maintaining full control over data access and interactions.
  • SuiteAgent frameworks: Will allow customers, partners, and developers to build, integrate, and deploy SuiteAgents directly on the SuiteCloud Platform. Using the new SuiteAgent frameworks in the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), developers can tap into NetSuite AI toolkits and services to help businesses achieve faster, more intuitive, and more confident outcomes. SuiteAgents will also work within NetSuite Next’s new agentic workflow experiences, enabling users to track progress, review results, and step in when needed.
