The NetSuite Account Center Is Transitioning to NetSuite 360
What is Changing?
Starting October 14, 2025, the NetSuite Account Center will change to NetSuite 360, a consolidated platform for managing support cases, processing NetSuite invoices, contacting support, and more.
Note: As part of this transition, Estimates and SuiteSource will not be available in NetSuite 360.
For accounts with a U.S.-based billing address, NetSuite 360 introduces the following two new dashboards:
- NetSuite 360 Dashboard – This dashboard will enable you to:
- Manage support cases, issues, and enhancements
- Contact support
- View details about your Advanced Customer Service or Learning Cloud Support subscriptions
- Update your support dashboard
- Set preferences for your account
- Update your authorized support contacts
