Action Required: Update Custom Bank Feeds Format Profiles
This notice is intended for customers currently using the Bank Feeds SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
Starting November 13, 2025, Bank Feeds SuiteApp will reintroduce validation to ensure the following connectivity methods are only used in Bank Feeds’ financial institution records:
- Other Countries Bank Feeds Connectivity
- EU Non-PSD2 Bank Feeds Connectivity
- EU Bank Feeds Connectivity
- US and CA Bank Feeds Connectivity MX
- US and CA Bank Feeds Connectivity
The validation will only apply to these connectivity methods. After this change, you can't assign the same connectivity method to multiple format profiles. If you try to do this, you'll get an error. Review your configuration before
