FAM Revaluation Journa Entry_Wrong GL Impact
Hello Team,
I tried to revalue the assets by increasing the value by 100,000, and the system created a corresponding journal entry accordingly.
JV Impact is:
Revaluation Ledger ( Credit - 100,000 )
Accumulated Depreciation Ledger - ( Debit - 100,000 )
Instead of debiting the Asset Account, it debited the Accumulated Depreciation account, which means the actual asset cost was not increased.
How i can correct this.
