Need help with a saved search to calculate inventory turns by units sold.

I am trying to make a saved search for my boss that shows various data. One thing he wants to see is the current values for Reorder Point (labelled Min) and Preferred Stock Level (labelled Max)

the search is returning different values than the ones in the item record.

any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
