Need help with a saved search to calculate inventory turns by units sold.

Question

I am trying to make a saved search for my boss that shows various data.  One thing he  wants to see is the current values for Reorder Point (labelled Min) and Preferred Stock Level (labelled Max)

the search is returning different values than the ones in the item record.

any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?

Solution

* Navigate and edit your Saved Search
* Change Preferred Stock Level to Location Preferred Stock Level
* Change Reorder Point to Location Reorder Point
* Click 'Save & Run'.

Notes:

1. User should use Location Preferred Stock Level and Location Reorder Point instead of just Preferred Stock Level and Reorder Point.

2. When Preferred Stock Level and Reorder Point were used, it will return values of the Reorder Point and Preferred Stock Level for ALL locations including INACTIVE locations.
