Currency Exchange Rate Integration using HSBC

We are currently using the HSBC integration for Currency Exchange Rates with USD being our anchor currency. All of our currencies are set to automatic updates however when looking at the day to day rates, almost half of them have suddenly jumped from Direct to Manual updates.

Any guidance on why this is happening and how to resolve?
