Bank feed function is missing one account from account listing

Hello, we are trying to connect with Commerzbank for bank feed in order to perform subsequent reconciliation. however, although our bank portal shows 6 accounts, after we connected Netsuite with the bank under connectivity configuration, the bank record showing under the financial institution, but on the account/ account linking tab, there are only 5 bank account displayed. Has anyone encountered this issue? is there any limitation of what bank account type cannot be feed from this function? we are confused since the missing account doesn't seems to be different from the other account connected. Would delete connection and reconnect work?
