I need assistance with ECO Engineering Change Order

We are trying to implement the ECO , followed all of the steps of set up but when trying to test there is an issue; We are unable to select any Assembly Items, even when fully typed, unable to select BOMS, Revisions.. It appears that its not linking as its intended. Has anyone been able to resolve this? I put in a support ticket but was told they wont help troubleshoot, soo I'm asking for help on the community
