How to Cancel an Item Fulfillment After Packing Without Deleting It
Hi everyone,
I have a sales order where the item was already packed using Item Fulfillment. However, the customer has now cancelled the order.
What is the best way to cancel or unreverse the Item Fulfillment in this case — instead of deleting the fulfillment record entirely?
I’d like to maintain a proper transaction history while reflecting that the goods were not actually shipped.
Any best practice or recommended approach would be appreciated.
