How do I get UPS to work using native NetSuite

We've been going back and forth with NetSuite for quite some time and had to pause for a few months due to our fiscal year-end. We are ready to tackle this again to see if we can get UPS properly integrated with native NetSuite. Where we left off was that we were finally able to get a valid UPS tracking # but could not get it to generate a label that our UPS label printer could see and print.

I went back into Suite Answers and found a section stating we needed NetSuite WMS but we don't even have that as an option I can enable.
