I’m encountering an issue with shipping cost recalculation in NetSuite for webstore orders. When I change the quantity of items on a regular Sales Order, the shipping cost is recalculated automatically. However, this doesn’t seem to happen for orders coming through our webstore.
Additionally, for the shipping item, I have configured the "Free if total order is over" feature to set the shipping cost automatically when the total order amount exceeds a certain threshold. This works for regular orders, but it doesn't seem to trigger correctly for webstore orders.
Here’s a breakdown of the issue:
- Regular Sales Orders: Shipping costs are recalculated when items are added or quantities are changed.
- Webstore Orders: Shipping costs are not recalculated when items are added or quantities are updated.
Has anyone faced this issue before and found a solution?
