SuiteProjects Pro: Incorrect Currency Exchange Rates on October 12, 2025

Some SuiteProjects Pro accounts may have received incorrect exchange rates for currency pairs on October 12, 2025. At least one foreign currency receipt was created in your account that day, and your transactions may be impacted.

What Happened?

Due to an issue with Xignite exchange rates, your account may have been affected by incorrect rates for some, if not all currency pairs on October 12, 2025. This issue could impact transactions involving one or more foreign currencies on that date.

Recommended Actions

To confirm and correct any impacted exchange rates, please perform the following steps.

  1. Contact SuiteProjects Pro Support to obtain the correct foreign exchange rate values for October 12, 2025.
