Dashboard Portlet "Invoices Pending My Approval"

Hello Gurus,

I need guidance on building a dashboard portlet that users can enable in production to view a list of invoices pending their approval, with the ability to click into each invoice and approve it directly.

The portlet should display key fields such as date created, document number, vendor name, and amount, with one of these fields as a hyperlink to open the invoice for review and approval.
