Role for Information Technology Support Staff

Hello Gurus!

I am searching for an appropriate role for our IT Manager. I have not found anything other than Administrator that would give them access/permissions to some of the security and other relevant features.

Is there a pre-built role or is there information on what permissions and feature access would be appropriate for Information Technology staff?
