Request to Enable Exchange Option in Return Authorization – NetSuite
Hi,
We plan to launch the return authorization process in NetSuite soon and have been testing different use cases in our sandbox.
Our understanding based on some documentation is that there are three standard Return Authorization Types in NetSuite: Return (for cash), Credit AND exchange where the customer returns an item to exchange it for another item.
We don't see the option for exchanges enabled and that is the want we want to use for defective items? subject for this
Please check and enable if possible or explain how else we can accomplish this
