Saved Search Help: when are reorder values being changed for inventory items?

Someone in our group is changing reorder values and it results expensive stock changes. I need to know who is changing the values when it happens. I have no idea how to filter for this but I'm trying to fix an internal error from happening. Please help! Thanks!
