NetSuite Admin Tip | Text Enhance in NetSuite

If you are an Administrator, you can control how the Text Enhance AI feature works for your company in NetSuite. It’s easy to check your usage or connect NetSuite to your company’s Oracle Cloud account, too. 

What is Text Enhance? 
Text Enhance uses AI to help you write business content, like emails or descriptions. 

Here is how to manage it: 

Note: By default, Text Enhance is enabled. 

To enable or disable it: 

  1. Go to Setup > Company > AI > AI Preferences. 
  2. Click on the Text Enhance tab. 
  3. Check Enable Text Enhance to turn it on, or uncheck it to turn it off.
