Drop Shipment flag is turning on automatically

  • Hi All,
  • 1. In the Sales order we have 3 lines one line is inventory item -serialised) but without enable drop shipment check box in item level , even though while creating sales ordered from quote system automatically showing as drop shipment? what was the reason and how to rectify this.

2. Pls clarify me if order went for back order we cannot fulfil the items ? correct me if i am wrong.

Please provide me the possible solution for this it would be great hep to us.
