Refresh sandbox and upgrade

Our sandbox has just been upgraded by NetSuite to Pre-Upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2026.1. I would like to refresh the sandbox from Production to capture the latest data. Would that wipe out the Pre-Upgrade?
