Action Required: Reauthorize Shopify Connector to Support Reverse Order Edit Sync

This notice is intended for customers who use the Shopify B2B Connector.

What’s Changing?

Shopify B2B Connector has introduced Shopify Reverse Order Edit Sync, allowing order edits made in NetSuite after order creation to be synchronized. To enable this functionality, a new API scope, write_order_edits, has been added to the Shopify B2B Connector.

Required Actions

To take advantage of this new functionality when it is available in NetSuite Connector, you will need to reauthorize your Shopify B2B Connector. Notes:

  • This feature is already available in Shopify and NetSuite Connector support for it begins after the enhancement is released on .
