WSDL Version 2019.1 to be Retired
Oracle NetSuite provides product support for SOAP web services endpoints and associated WSDL's 3 years from their release. Additional endpoint versions from the previous releases are also available, however are provided without any product support. When your account is upgraded to version 2026.1, oldest unsupported endpoint version 2019.1 will be retired.
To ensure that your web service-based integrations continue to work, you must upgrade to a later endpoint before your account is upgraded to NetSuite Release 2026.1. As a general recommendation, any customers who are using an unsupported version are advised to upgrade to the latest WSDL version.
When Will this Change Occur?
The 2019.1 SOAP web services endpoint will be retired in all of your accounts when they are upgraded to NetSuite Release 2026.1, which are scheduled to take place between middle of February and end of April of this year.
